The building is located in the marina of Plataria, in an outstanding position and silent environment. Its great courtyard is full of grass and many flowers. The building has two floors. In the ground floor, there is a three-spaced apartment and two studios. In the first floor, there is the residence of the owners.
Boundless view to the sea (and the mountain) and fresh air complete the pleasant environment. The sunset is extremely enjoyable.
The apartment (apartment for 7 persons) is 75 square metres and consists of 3 bedrooms, a big kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a hall. There is a big balcony, 40 square metres, in front of the apartment. The two bedrooms have got wooden floors and the rest of the house is covered with marble.
The two studios (one studio for 2 persons and one studio for 3 persons) have got a shared entrance and corridor. There is also a shared washing machine that can be used free of charge.
The apartment and the studios are air-conditioned and there are also radiators for the winter. The sheets are changed once a week free of charge. Small animals are also allowed. On the right and left, in a distance of 50m, there are picturesque beaches.
Mrs Rosanna was born and studied in Germany and speaks fluently the German language. Her sons, Nikos and Leonidas, speak English. Maps and directions:
